vi• 40 of concrete curbs, construction of a 6-inch one-course Portland cement concrete pavement 27 feet wide, the 10th, Ilth and 12th Street intersections to be paved full; also detmore Avenue,from the north line of 10th Street to 200 feet north of 10th Strect, by construction of concrete curbs and gutters; also Wetmore Avenue,. from the present walks north of llth Street to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by construction of concrete walks, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2288 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the sane is hereby in all things ap- proved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at lest the am- ount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap- pearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property ap- pearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Sectin 3: That the 13th day of November 1927, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issucd on account of said improvement. Section 4: The City of Everett may sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the Ordinances of said city. Aer Mayor. Attest: _ City Clerk.
