FINDINGS AND DECISION <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br />OF THE PORT OF EVERETT FOR APPROVAL <br />OF A SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT SMA #16-011 <br />PERMIT AND A BINDING SITE PLAN BSP #16-001 <br />WATERFRONT PLACE CENTRAL <br />SUMMARY OF DECISION: A Shoreline Substantial Development <br />Permit and Binding Site Plan, including <br />reduction of the depths of Lots A8 and Al2, <br />are approved subject to conditions herein. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The Port of Everett (Port) (Applicant) requested approval of a Shoreline Substantial <br />Development Permit (shoreline permit) and a Binding Site Plan with reduced lot depth <br />for proposed lots A8 and Al2. The proposed project would be developed on property <br />on the west side of West Marine View Drive, extending between the 1000 and 1600 <br />Blocks in the City of Everett, Washington (subject property). <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on <br />March 23, 2017.
