An NFPA 13D sprinkler system substituted for the hydrant distance
requirement may not be used as a concurrent equivalence for any other city code
requirement for the same structure, project, short-plat, subdivision or development.

507.5.1.3 Mobile home parks. Existing buildings being retrofitted with
fire sprinklers or a standpipe system, the FDC shall be located within 100 feet of a fire
hydrant. Exact placement of the FDC will be determined by the fire code official.

507.5.1.6. Unrecognized fire hydrants.
