SmartOneO <br />Addressable Relay Output Device <br />K-76-018 <br />FEATURES <br />• Full -Digital Communications <br />• Addressable Control Point <br />• Unpowered, SPDT Relay Contacts <br />• Control -by -Event And/or By Time Operation <br />• Status Indicator <br />• Unique Internal Supervision <br />• UL Listed <br />• FM Approved <br />• CSFM Approved <br />DESCRIPTION <br />The SmartOnee Addressable Relay Output Device (AO) is an <br />addressable output module for control of auxiliary equipment <br />such as air handlers, door release and elevator recall. <br />The AO connects directly to a compatible control unit's Signaling <br />Line Circuit (SLC) and contains a SPDT relay to control auxiliary <br />equipment. All of the electronics are contained in a small high - <br />impact polymer case. This creates a small and durable device for <br />installation. A silicone -free module is available for applications <br />where silicone is not desired. The AO can be mounted in a North <br />American 1-1/2-in. (64 mm) deep 1-gang box, or standard 4-in. <br />square box 1-1/2-in. (38 mm) deep with a cover. <br />FIELD PROGRAMMING <br />The AO is field programmable with a unique 3-digit address and a <br />40-character owner location message. The AO relay may be set <br />or reset on command from the control unit. In addition to combi- <br />national -logic programming that utilizes system inputs (i.e., <br />events) to activate this device, the unit may be programmed for <br />real-time clock operation. The real-time clock programming <br />permits the AO to be activated and deactivated by the time of day, <br />calendar date and day of the week. <br />SUPERVISION <br />The AO is continuously monitored for: <br />• Internal power supply voltages <br />• Faulty entering of data into AO's memory <br />• Relay state equals command state <br />An internal set of relay contacts provides a feedback signal that <br />confirms the activation of the addressable relay output.
