February 21, 2024 <br />4 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - FISH PASSAGE BARRIER INVENTORY, ASSESSMENT, AND PRIORITIZATION <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor or her designee to apply for, and if awarded, to sign all necessary <br />documents and agreements for the SRFB grant for the Fish Passage Barrier Inventory, <br />Assessment, and Prioritization Project in the amount of up to $200,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – 2023-2025 TRANSIT SUPPORT GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Department of Transportation 2023-2025 <br />Transit Support Grant Agreement. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – 2023-2025 PARATRANSIT GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Department of Transportation 2023-2025 <br />Paratransit Grant Agreement. <br /> <br />PURCHASE - FIVE RECONDITIONED BUSES <br /> <br />To authorize Everett Transit to purchase five reconditioned buses from Complete Coachworks. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2401-77 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE closing a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Emma Yule Park <br />Improvements,” Fund 354, Program 064, as established by Ordinance No. 3797-21 <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2401-77. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final deposition of the ordinance. <br />
