February 21, 2024 <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - MUNICIPAL STORMWATER CAPACITY GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Municipal Stormwater Capacity Grant Agreement with the <br />Washington State Department of Ecology for the biennium (2023-2025) in the amount not to <br />exceed $130,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - SHELL HOUSE AND STORAGE BUILDING <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement with Everett Rowing Association for <br />the shell house and storage building at Langus Riverfront Park. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - INDUCTIVE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ECLIPSE MILL <br />PARK <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 with Elcon Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - SKATE FEATURE AT LION’S PARK <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for $80,000 in <br />2024 REET II funding to construct a skate feature at Lion’s Park. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - FISH PASSAGE BARRIER INVENTORY AND ASSESSMENTS PROGRAM <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Natural Systems <br />Design Inc. for the Fish Passage Barrier Inventory and Assessments Program. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE PUBLIC ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement to release funds to the Port of Everett for West <br />Marine View Drive public access improvements in substantially the form provided. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - FISH PASSAGE BARRIER INVENTORY, ASSESSMENT, AND PRIORITIZATION <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor or her designee to apply for grant funding and adopt Resolution No. <br />7989 that designates authorized representatives to act on behalf of the City of Everett and sign <br />all necessary documents with respect to the SRFB grant for the Fish Passage Barrier Inventory, <br />Assessment, and Prioritization Project in the amount of up to $60,000. <br /> <br />
