Estimated schedule and budget for the tasks described in this scope of work are outlined in <br />Table 1 based on the assumptions described above and estimated level of effort given the <br />information known to NSD at the time of this contract. This project budget represents our <br />knowledge of the work already completed, best understanding of the requested project <br />elements, and accompanying assumptions as detailed herein. The exact schedule and duration <br />of tasks may change during the course of the project, in which event, any changes will be <br />coordinated with the City. <br />For the scope of services described above, we estimate that our total fee will be completed on a <br />Time and Materials basis, Not to Exceed Value as detailed below in Table 1. This budget <br />estimate is made based on the scope of services outlined above and is broken out per task <br />below in Table 1 and in Exhibit B. <br />NSD may move resources between tasks within the contract amount to accomplish the scope of <br />work and as necessary and appropriate to the work requested. It is our understanding that the <br />necessary funds are available for this project and that these funds are committed to the project <br />upon execution of this agreement. <br />Project Timeline and Budget
