This <br /> work will utilize a shop vacuum to clean the end 2 feet of ducfinrork that is accessible through the grill <br /> opening <br /> • Reinstall existing grill covers <br /> ELECTRICAL <br /> 10010—ELECTRICAL <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Provide the following. <br /> • Temporarily move electrical wiring and outlets in order to preform framing repairs <br /> • Restore electrical wiring and outie#s and lights to pre-damage condition <br /> • Outlets will remain in existing locations <br /> 10010—LOW VOLTAGE <br /> Scoae of Work <br /> Provide the following. <br /> • Temporarily move low voltage (internet and telephone and alarm system)wiring and outlets in order to <br /> preform framing repairs <br /> • Restore low voltage jacks to pre-damage condition <br /> • Restore alarm wiring to pre-damage condition <br /> Not Included in Contract <br /> • Relocating and/or upgrading of existing electrical service, main panel and subpanels. The existing <br /> electrical system is assumed to be competent <br /> • Replacement of existing knob and tube wiring (contractor assumes no knob and tube wiring is <br /> present). Contractor assumes existing electrical lines and circuits in the remodel have been installed <br /> as per code. The presence of knob and tube requires the Contractor to replace all affected wiring to <br /> the circuit breaker with an approved wire (i.e. Romex)as required by code. If replacement of knob and <br /> tube wiring circuits is required, additional electrical costs will be detailed and presented as a change <br /> order after demolition is complete and additional costs can be assessed. <br /> • Alarm system repairs, startup or service <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 1102-JOB SITE WALK-THRUS <br /> Scope of Work <br /> • Contractor and Owner will establish a weekly scheduled meeting at the job site during daylight hours to <br /> review progress discuss schedule and decisions required in order to keep job running smoothly and <br /> avoid delays <br /> , �Owner's Initia J� � <br /> _ ! <br />
