The existing <br /> electrical system is assumed to be competent <br /> • Replacement of existing knob and tube wiring (contractor assumes no knob and tube wiring is <br /> present). Contractor assumes existing electrical lines and circuits in the remodel have been installed <br /> as per code. The presence of knob and tube requires the Contractor to replace all affected wiring to <br /> the circuit breaker with an approved wire (i.e. Romex)as required by code.
