b • `��^ 107- DUST CONTROL/DEMOLITION PROTECTION Scoae of Work • Carpet mask: Required on ail exposed carpets from the affected area to the front entrance door • Cover any air ducts in work areas • Keep doors to work areas closed, as much as possible • Instail zipper wall to block off reception deck and areas where no work is to be performed • Plywood or OSB sheathing to temporary secure window openings 108- SITE CLEANUP Scope of Work • All construction debris will be removed from the job site. Work area will be left broom clean upon project completion 109 - DUMP RUN Scope of Work • All debris from demolition and construction will be removed to proper disposal site unless otherwise noted 110—WEATHER PROTECTION Scoae of Work • Contractor will install tarps/sheathing/building paper as necessary to protect building from weather as much as possible • Plywood or OSB sheathing to temporary secure window openings WOOD 401 - FRAMING Scope of Work Refer to attached plan of repair prepared by Mr. Basri Basri, PE, SE of Kenmore, WA(dated 01/16/2018). Provide and install the following: Framing • Contractor to install temporary shoring stud walls (installed on the interior)and remove, on an as needed basis on East face • Exterior Walls to be repaired and/or removed and replaced as needed, in affected areas per the Plan of Repair • Bottom plate—single 2x4 KD SPF in std & btr grade • Exterior walls -2x4 KD SPF in std & btr grade studs at 16" o/c. • Top plate—double 2x4 KD SPF in std & btr grade • Exterior wall plywood sheathing one side • Plywood sheathing thickness '/" • Nailing of wall sheathing will be: 8d-6 inch OC at edge 8d-12 inch OC in field • Window RO and locations will be same as existing . _� __ t � , Owner's Initia _ � �
