All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of <br /> construction. If reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the <br /> ground must be covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 13. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior <br /> to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 14. Detention of stormwater runoff is required in accordance with City standards if 5,000 <br /> square feet or more of impervious surface will be created. <br /> 15.. If 5,000 square feet or more of paved area will be created and/or redeveloped, then <br /> treatment of storm water runoff from the paved areas must occur, per City standards, <br /> prior to discharge of the storm water from the site or to a stream or wetland Because <br /> the site is located within the Silver Lake Drainage Basin,a wetpond in series with a <br /> vegetated swale would be required to provide storm water treatment.
