Please respond to <br /> comments in the table's response column provided. Redlines are provided in a separate document. If you have any questions regarding the <br /> comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works reviewer, Thad Newport, at TNewport@everettwa.gov. <br /> Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a <br /> separate comment letter from the Building Reviewer for architectural, structural, or other types of drawings. <br /> Electronic Resubmittal: Please send a downloadable link containing the following documents to TNewport@everettwa.gov upon resubmittal of these <br /> permit application documents: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Services Lobby or online here: Transmittal sheet (PDF)for your use upon resubmittal. <br /> ii. Plans: Revised Civil Plans- latest civil design responding to these comments plus land use conditions. <br /> iii. Drainage Report: Revised Drainage Report <br /> iv. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works <br /> Permit Fee. <br /> The permit counter is temporarily closed; however, the upstairs lobby is set up for a drop-box system of hard copy plans for resubmittal. Please review <br /> the City's Permitting Procedures During Temporary Office Closure policy(PDF).The lobby hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am—3:00pm. <br />
