The comments below were generated from this project's Stormwater Reviewers. All questions shall be routed through this project's Public Works Reviewer
Thad Newport with City of Everett Permit Services (TNewport@everettwa.gov).
south, into the 24" pipe in California and continues
east across Broadway.
4 WWHM - Make sure the sizing is for 100%of the 10 year
Model through the 100 year storm to size per Section 6.10 of
Calculations the DCSS (output on page 2 still has the default of
50%of the 2 year through the 50 year storm).
5 Detention - Orifice elevation should be 0.5 ft because it is 6"
Design above bottom of facility to allow for sediment
storage.
Riser height does not match plans. Recommend 3.5
ft in the model and set top of riser at elevation 109 in
the plans,to provide 6" freeboard from top of
detention pipe.
6 Civil Plans - Detail 1, Dwg C4.0—elevations are called out for the
2 and 50 year storm, but the design sizing shall be
based on the 10 yr and 100 yr storm.
Detail 4, Dwg C4.0 -The rectangular notch
dimensions are listed in feet in the model and inches
in this detail. This is CB#2 correct? Revise.
Standard plan 415 is shown, not sure where this is
being used. There is already a detail (#4)for the flow
restrictor device and they do not match. Revise
details to clarify what is being provided.
CB#1—can this be moved to the ROW line or closer
to the ROW?
