All sleeping rooms to have emergency egress complying with R310.2.1. <br /> 3. The project involves a change of occupancy on the lower floor from commercial to residential. <br /> Energy credits are required per WSEC Section R406 and R505.1. The required number of <br /> credits should be normalized per Table R406.2. A schedule of the selected credits should be <br /> included in the drawings. The performance requirements for the selected credits should be <br /> specified. <br /> 4. Insulation and fenestration requirements are to comply with Table R402.1.1 of the WSEC. <br /> Please include compliance on the drawings. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett.
