To mitigate fire separation issue, we proposed a layer of 5/8" GWB as indicated on plan <br /> CY A-2 REV1. <br /> 2. Egress that is required for all sleeping rooms are indicated on plan CY A-2 REV1. <br /> 3. Energy Credit sheets are attached where the selected Energy Credit numerical are <br /> underlined. Total credits of 2.5 was reached. We assumed ENVI wall heater is qualified <br /> for additional 1 credit which would make the total to 3.5 hoping this would be sufficient <br /> for the proposed improvement. <br /> 4.
