w <br /> (e) "Owner." A person Who holds the legal title of a vehicle, <br /> or in the event of a vehicle is the subject of an agreement for <br /> the conditional sale or lease thereof with the right to purchase <br /> upon performance of the conditions stated in the agreement and with <br /> an immediate right of possession vested in the conditional vendee <br /> or lessee, or in the event a mortgagor of a vehicle is entitled to <br /> possession, then such conditional vendee or lessee or mortgagor <br /> shall be deemed the owner for the purpose of this act. f.ilso in- <br /> cluding any person, firm, corporation or association renting a motor- <br /> vehicle or having the exclusive use thereof, under a lease or other- <br /> wise, for a period of greater than 30 days. <br /> (f) "Person." Every natural person, firm, copartnership, <br /> association or corporation. <br /> (g) "Parked. " Shall mean a waiting vehicle placed a an <br /> angle to the curb. <br /> (h) "Standing. " Shall mean a waiting vehicle dram parallel <br /> to the curb. <br /> (i) "Street ." Shall include all or any portion of the pub- <br /> lic highways and other places of the city of Everett open to the <br /> public for the use of vehicles. <br /> (j ) "Trailer." Any vehicle without motive power which is at- <br /> tached to a motor vehicle for the purpose of being drawn or propel- <br /> led by such motor vehicle . <br /> (k) "Intersection. " The area embraced within the prolong- <br /> ation of the lateral curb lines or, if none, then the lateral <br /> boundary lines of two or more streets which join one another at <br /> an angle, whether or not one such street crosses the other. <br /> (1) "Residence District. " The territory contiguous to a street <br /> riot comprising a business district when the frontage on such street <br /> for a distance of three hundred feet or more is mainly occupied by <br /> dwellings or by dwellings and buildings in use for business. <br /> (m) "Business District. " The territory contiguous to a <br /> street w1- n fifty per cent or more of the frontage thereon, for a <br /> distance of three hundred feet or more is occupied by buildings in <br /> -2- <br />
