• <br /> • <br /> at any time, except while actually loading or unloading, on that <br /> portion of the street contiguous to and opposite any outside court, <br /> corridor, passage, fire escape, exit or entrance door, or any other <br /> space adjacent to, or any door opening in an outer wall of any <br /> building containing, in the whole or in part, any theatre, motion <br /> picture theatre, public auditorium, church, dance hall, or other <br /> place of public assembly, through which the public must pass to <br /> leave the building. And it should be incumbent upon, and the duty <br /> of the owner or agent of the property used for the purpose herein <br /> specified to designate such prohibited areas by marking the curb <br /> line adjacent Hereto or by placing stantions or signs satisfactory <br /> to the Commissioner of Public Safety in the city of Everett . <br /> Section - : It shall be unlawful to stand or park a vehicle <br /> upon any of the public streets of this city when such vehicle is <br /> being displayed �for sale. <br /> Section �6:� At intersections where a traffic officer is on <br /> duty, or a traffic signal is located, pedestrians shall cross the <br /> street with released traffic, and not otherwise. <br /> Section 7: At street intersections where necessary in order <br /> to prevent congestion of traffic, the Chief of Police is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to prescribe the direction of and limit the <br /> flow of traffic past such intersections, and it shall be unlawful <br /> to violate any rule or oaer designed to accomplish such end. <br /> Section ''`Z; No driver shall allow the vehicle of which he <br /> is in charge to remain upon, or be so driven along, any street as <br /> to unreasonably blockade or obstruct traffic. <br /> Section : No person while taking lessons or receiving in- <br /> struction in driving or operating any vehicle shall drive, propel or <br /> operate the same upon any of the streets embraced in the business <br /> district of the ccii�ty of Everett <br /> Section i68; No public stage shall be operated within the <br />
