Section I&: The Council of Everett may, by vote, prescribe any safety or play zones, and when the same shall have been clear- ly marked upon the street, the provision as to such zones herein- above made shall be in effect as to such zones. Section I3.: The council may by vote prescribe certain places along the curbs of the streets where parking or standing may be prohibited, and upon the marking of said places, the parking or stand- ing of cars therein is prohibittd. Section : No person shall ride in or upon any light car- riage, wagon, sled, roller skates, cart or vehicle upon any sidewalk or street in the manner commonly known as coasting, or when said car- riage, wagon, sled, roller skates, cart or vehicle is propelled by gravity or by its own momentum. Section 'f : Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days (90 ) or by fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ( 300.00) , or by both such fine and imprisonment . And in addition to imposing any of the above mentioned penalties, in case the conviction is for the violati...n of Section 27 of this ordinance relative to driving or operating any vehicle while intoxicated or under the influence of any narcotic drug, then, in that event the lice Judge shall have the power in his discretion to require the de- fendant to surrender his operator' s license forthwith to the court and shall thereupon cancel such operator' s license by writing across the face thereof the word "cancelled" and dating and signing the same and to immediately transmit the same to Director of Licenses. The court shall thereupon issue to the defendant a duplicate of his li- cense printed on blue ;paper or card board and bearing the same ser- ial number as the license cancelled and shall require the licensee to subscribe his name thereto in the presence of the court. And in case
