City of Everett eOM and AM/Maintenance Program Support | Scope of Work <br /> <br /> <br /> 6 <br />Everett eOM and AM_Main Pgm Support SOW <br />• Conduct meeting to review identified O&M document gap findings and confirm alignment on <br />O&M documents to be developed or updated. <br />• Prepare level of effort to close O&M information gaps and format O&M documents. <br />• Conduct meeting to review level of effort to close O&M information gaps and format O&M <br />documents. Identify owners between the City and BC to complete O&M information development <br />and formatting. <br />• Draft brief WFP O&M Information Action Plan detailing work to be completed, timing, and <br />owners. <br />• Based on BC actions items identified in the O&M Information Action Plan, prepare amendment <br />to complete BC action items. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• O&M Gap Assessment and Information Action Plan Meetings will be scheduled for up to 2 hours <br />and be attended by up to 3 BC Team members. The meetings will be virtual. <br />• Task 301 will be completed in conjunction with Task 201/202, which may discover additional <br />O&M information needs. <br />• Task 301 will not include any document development.
