This project will provide stormwater treatment for total suspended solids (TSS) and total phosphorus and will increase stormwater detention. Project Long Description: This project is Phase I of a multi-phased water quality program to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSOs) and provide regional stormwater treatment by redeveloping the former Kimberley-Clark Wastewater Treatment Plant into the Port Gardner Storage Facility (PGSF). In Phase I, the RECIPIENT will design stormwater facility best management practices (BMPs) that will add water quality treatment to this new combined sewer storage and stormwater treatment facility.
