4 j <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2288 <br /> An Ordinance providing for the improvement of V etmore Ave- <br /> nue from the south line of 12th Street to 200 feet north of 10th <br /> Street, by the removal of old lumber grading to proper grade, in- <br /> stallation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main <br /> changes; also Wetmore Avenue, from the south line of 12th Street <br /> to the north line of 10th Street, by the construction of concrete <br /> curbs, construction of a 6-inch one-course Portland cement con- <br /> crete pavement 27 feet wide, the 10th, llth and 12th Street in- <br /> tersections to be paved full; also Wetmore Avenue from the north <br /> line of 10th Street to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by construc- <br /> tion of concrete curbs and gutters; also Wetmore Avenue, from the <br /> present walks north of llth street to 200 feet north of 10th <br /> Street, by construction of concrete walks, and doing all other <br /> work in the district necessary to make a complete improvement; <br /> all in accordance with Resolution No. 3276 of the city of Everett, <br /> creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement dis- <br /> trict fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by <br /> special assessment upon the property in said district by the me- <br /> thod of payment by bonds; dividing said district into a direct <br /> benefit district and into an indirect benefit district, and de- <br /> claring an emergency. <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3276 of the city of Everett, <br /> the city council of Everett has declared its intention to order <br /> the improvement of Wetmore Avenue, from the south line of 12th <br /> Street to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by the removal of old <br /> lumber, grading to proper grade, installation of necessary drain- <br /> age,making necessary water main changes; also Wetmore Avenue from <br /> the south line of 12th Street to the north line of 10th Street, <br /> by construction of concrete curbs, construction of a 6-inch one- <br /> course Portland cement concrete pavement 27 feet wide; the 10th, <br />
