i r <br /> r 1 r <br /> llth and 12th Street intersections to be paved full; also Wetmore <br /> Avenue from the north line of 10th Street to 200 feet north of <br /> 10th Street, b - construction of concrete curbs and gutters; also <br /> Wetmore Avenue from the present walks north of llth Street, to <br /> 200 feet north of 10th Street, by construction of concrete walks, <br /> and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make <br /> a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specifications <br /> prepared by the City Engineer, now, therefore. <br /> THE CITY 0r EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Wetmore Avenue, from the south line of <br /> 12th Street, to 200 feet north of 10th Street, be improved by <br /> the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, installation <br /> of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes; also <br /> Wetmore Avenue, from the south line of 12th Street to the north <br /> line of 10th Street, by the construction of concrete curbs, con- <br /> struction of a 6-inch one-course Portland cement concrete pavement <br /> 27 feet wide, the 10th, llth and 12th Street intersections to be <br /> paved full; also Wetmore Avenue, from the north line of 10th Street <br /> to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by the construction of concrete <br /> curbs and gutters; also Wetmore avenue from the present walks north <br /> of llth Street to 200 feet north of 10th Street, by the constzuc- <br /> tion of concrete walks, and doing all other work necessary in con- <br /> nection therewith to make a complete improvement according to the <br /> plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, which <br /> plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. <br /> Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, <br /> including the necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and <br /> assessed against the property included in the assessment district <br /> hereinafter created in accordance with law. The City of Everett <br /> shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost an d <br /> expense of such improvement. <br /> Section 3: There is hereby established an enlarged Local <br /> Improvement District to be called Local.
