• C:,iDINA CE 1du. 2264 An Ordinance providing, for the improvement of Maple Street from Hewitt Avenue, south to the end of the present sidewalks south of 32nd Street, and also Pacific Avenue from rine Street to "aple Street, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, in- stallatin of necessary drainage, and making necessary water main changes; Maple - Street from Hewitt Avenue south to the end of the present walks south of 32nd Street by construction of one course Portland cement concrete pavement 25 feet wide and concrete curbs; and Pacific Avenue from Pine Street to Maple Street to be improved by construction of two 18-foot wide strips of one course Portland cement concrete pavement and concrete curbs and walks, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a com- plete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No.3239 of the City of verett ; creating an assessment district ; creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor; providing that said im- provement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district under the rrode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3239 of the City of ]verett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work ne- cessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; now, therefore, TIC: CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Maple Street from Hewitt Avenue, south to the end of the present sidewalks south of 32nd street, and al- so Pacific Avenue from Pine Street to Maple Street be improved by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, installa- tion of necessary drainage, and making necessary water main chang-
