An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Kromer Ave., from the present sewer in 33rd Street, to 35th Street, by the complete construction of an adequate sewer and its necessary appur- tenances, and doing all other work on the entire district neces- sary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Reso- lution No. 3241 of the City of . verett; creating an assessment dis- trict; creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor; providing that said improvement be made by special asses.ment upon the proper- ty in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3241 of the City of Lverett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accord- ance with plans and specifications prepared by the City 'engineer; now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Kromer Avenue from the present sewer in 33rd Street, to 35th Street, be improved by the complete construc- tion of an adequate sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement according to the plans and snecifications prepared un- der the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifica- tions are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2. That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created in accordance with law. The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement, except as provided in chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923 and Ordinance No. 2126 of the city of Everett.
