• 2Z f An Ordinance proposing to the voters of the city of 7everett, Washington, that _.aid city of :Lverett mate additions, betterments and extensions to its ::: esen , eater ,system consisting in -articular of ecT iring Flowing Lake in ano lalisee County as an additional storage reservoir; acquiring title, by purchase and/or condemnation to the ,rater shed lands of said lame; constructing headaorks and regulating control a¢paratus for the pur ,ose of diverting the . a- ters of P loaing; Leke through a pipe line from said lake into the present Sultan river sal:, :ly pipe line; constructing a connecting pipe line main from Flowing Lake to a c:oint on the present aulan River supply pipe line; acquiring by purchase and/or condemnation all laids, rights-of-way, property and roperty ri =:hts necessary and convenient for the construction, control, maintenance and op- eration of such Flowing Lake reservoir, headworks and connecting ,ripe line, croviding all labor, materials and supplies necessary or incident to the construction of such project, and also of such other miscellaneous minor additions, betterments, extensions and im e ovements as may be necessary; declaring the estimated costs thereof as nearly as may be; providin for the payment therefor by the issaaAoe of special water revenue f _nd bonds in the sum of 4260,000.00 payable out of the revenues of the aater system only; establishia& a special fund for the payment of s zch special water revenue fund bonds and also the interest thereon, grid _providing for the holding of a special bond election at which the q .i.-elified vo- ters of the city of Lverett may vote for or against saidropositions.
