• ply with all the provisions of the charter and ordinances of the city of Everett, both those then in force and those which may there- after be enacted, relating to the use of such -;laces for building purposes and for the removal of buildings and further conditioned to save the city of Everett harmless from all claims, actions, de- mands and/or damages of every kind and description which may accrue to or be suffered by any p erson or persons by reason of the grant ing of said permit and license or by reason of negligent operations there- unc_er, and further conditioned that all sidewalks, street crossings, street pavement or other street improvement of any description di all 'be restored to as good condition as they were in immediately prior to the granting of said permit and to the satisfaction of the City Council. 'he license fee .' .. for the removal of buildings in, upon or along any of the above mentioned places shall beY20.00 per day, for each and every day said building is upon any of the above mentioned places. Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation wishing to engage in the business of the removal of buildings in the City of Everett and to use its streets, alleys, avenues and rublic grounds in so do- ing, may instead of securing a permit for each individual removal, as provided in Section 1 hereof, apply to the City Council for a per- mit to use said streets, alleys, avenues and public grounds of said city for the removal of buildings for the period of one (1) year on making written application therefor to said City Council and on mak- ing, executing and filing with said. Co'uicil a good and sufficient bond with one or more sureties, to be furnished by any surety company auth- orized to transact the business of a surety within the State of uat - ingt on, to the City of „_verett, in the penal sum of twenty thousand dollars ( 20,000.00 ) t o be approved by sat d Council.Such bond shall be conditioned as provided in 6ection 1 of this Ordinance.
