Kelsey Heyd
From: Kelsey Heyd
Sent: Monday, November 30, 2020 2:24 PM
To: modisettej@gmail.com
Subject: B2011-037 - 2130 State St
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for submitting a building permit application (132011-037)for the proposed work at 2130 State St. I am the
planner conducting the intake review for this application; please note the following comments are not a thorough plan
check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and the submittal checklist. Your permit application
cannot be routed for review and is on hold until the following revisions have been addressed:
1. Site Plan. The site plan does not meet the minimum residential site plan checklist, including but not limited to:
height calculations, materials of existing/proposed driveway, lot coverage by building calculations, surface area
calculations, etc. Please refer to the checklist for all required details and update the site plan accordingly.
2. Height Calculations shall be identified in accordance with the building height handout and shown on both the
site plan and elevation plans. Please revise.
The residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the minimum residential site plan
checklist and building height handout. The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available via the "website& online
resources" link in my signature. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans. If you have any
Planning related questions, please contact me directly via email.
These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other
departments. For general permit questions, please contact Permit Services at everetteps@everettwa.gov or
425.257.8810. In the meantime this permit application is on hold until the requested revisions have been received
demonstrating compliance with the code and submittal checklists.
Thanks,
- Kelsey Heyd
Associate Planner I Community, Planning& Economic Development
425.257.8731 13200 Cedar Street 2nd Fl., Everett,WA 98201
EVERETT everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
Please reference our website& online resources for updates to our service.
