Reportedly, the SSTB16 anchors were not installed and the `L' anchor bolts were only <br /> installed on wall A. <br /> In place of the 'L' anchor bolts, Simpson '/2"x8" Titen HD anchors may be installed at 6' o.c. in all walls. In <br /> addition, four(4) Simpson HDU2 hold-downs must be added to wall D at the corners and at each side of the <br /> openings. In place of the SSTB anchors, the hold-downs may be installed with Simpson 5/8"x8" Titen HD <br /> anchors. The installation of the Simpson Titen HD anchors may require special inspection at the time of <br /> installation.
