The Fire Alarm <br /> System will monitor the Automatic Fire Sprinkler System, and will provide Occupant <br /> Notification throughout. The Occupant Notification in the residential units shall produce <br /> the required 520hz Low Frequency signal. Occupant Notification in the common areas will <br /> be Ansi-Temporal. Automatic smoke detection will be provided above the FACP, AES Radio, <br /> and the Remote Power Supply. A Remote Annunciator will be installed in the entry lobby as <br /> shown. All fire sprinkler water-flow switches, dry-flow switches, and supervisory <br /> switches shall be monitored by the Fire Alarm System. The Fire Alarm Control Panel and <br /> Remote Annunciator will provide status of the Fire Alarm. The Fire Alarm System will <br /> activate all Occupant Notification, close FSD's in rated walls, and unlock all <br /> electronically locked egress doors on any general fire alarm Signal. The means of signal <br /> transmission to the central supervising station will be via the FACP's onboard DACT and <br /> AES Radio. <br /> A full pre-test shall be conducted and completed prior to calling the AHJ for <br /> acceptance testing. A completed NFPA-72 completion form and AES radio table report will <br /> be provided to the AHJ at the time of the fire final acceptance test. Copies of all <br /> record documents will be place in the FA Document Cabinet at the FACP.
