It appears that the historical use for this building was incorrectly treated as a general office, not as a medical office, when evaluating your permit. Based on some quick research into our permit history for this location it has clearly been a medical office and, as such, no traffic mitigation fee should be due for your improvements. I apologize for any inconvenience our error has caused. I have copied Thad Newport in Permit Services on this email, he should be able to get the Traffic Mitigation Fee reduced to $0 in our system based on this email documenting Traffic Engineering's findings.
