The majority of the site is covered with pasture and other overgrown <br /> vegetation. The parcel contains an existing paved private road that serves three lots. The site is <br /> moderately sloped downward to the north. <br /> Pervious / Impervious Area <br /> Pervious Area 0.22-acres <br /> Impervious Area 0 04-Acres <br /> TOTAL 0.26-acres <br /> Soils <br /> Per the United Stated Department of Agriculture(USDA)Natural Resources Conservation Service <br /> (NRCS), the soils at this site consist of Alderwood gravelly sandy loam. Alderwood gravelly sandy loam <br /> is composed of glacial drift and/or glacial outwash over dense glaciomarine deposits. Alderwood <br /> gravelly sandy loam is commonly found on ridges and hills and has a Hydrologic Soil Group <br /> classification of B. Refer to Appendix B and the Soils Report for additional information. <br /> Proposed Conditions <br /> Description <br /> The proposed project will be a new single-family residence to be constructed on a 0.26-acre site, <br /> Snohomish County TPN 00567900400404. The building footprint with roof overhang will be 2157 <br /> square feet in area.
