Terra Vista NW l i< Stormwater Management Report <br /> 1-Preparation of Stormwater Site Plans <br /> Stormwater site plans have been prepared in accordance with Volume I, Chapter 3 of the SWMMWW. <br /> 2-Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br /> A SWPPP narrative has been prepared and is included in Appendix A and an erosion control plan is <br /> included in the civil plan set. The erosion potential for the site is moderate. <br /> 3-Source Control of Pollution <br /> The project will not pose any source of pollution for the site other than concrete for the building <br /> foundations. The site is not considered a high use site. The SWPPP provided will address the source <br /> control of pollution during the construction phase. <br /> 4-Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls <br /> Existing drainage patterns based on topographic contours and local drainage features indicate the surface <br /> water from the site first drains to Narbeck Creek and then to the Puget Sound. This occurs within a single <br /> threshold discharge area(TDA).
