The referenced codes should be updated to the 2018 editions. R106.1.1. The scope-of-work <br /> (SOW) has been revised. Please see sheet "A0.1 <br /> 2. The wall bump-out enclosing the fireplace is less than 5' to the property line. The wall should be <br /> shown as minimum one-hour, fire-resistive construction. A fire resistive listing and construction <br /> detail/wall section should be provided on the plans. Table 302.1(l) Fire rated wall detail <br /> 24/A5.2 added. <br /> 3. The roof eaves project approximately 3 feet from the property line in multiple locations per the <br /> site plan. In those locations, one-hour construction is required on the underside of the eaves (see <br /> alternatives and exceptions provided). In most solutions, the soffit venting will not be permitted <br /> in the eaves in these locations and the roof venting should be relocated to an approved location. <br /> Table R302.1(1). The scope of work has been revised. Please see revised roof plan, "Building <br /> Section A/A4.1" and "Detail 16/A5.1". <br /> 4. A handrail should be shown at the stairs on the floor plan in compliance with Section R311.7.8. <br /> The handrail has been added. Please see sheet A1.1 and A1.2 <br /> 5. A smoke alarm should be provided on the lower level and in the office. Section R314. The smoke <br /> alarm has been added to lower level and office. Please see sheet A1.1 <br /> 6.
