The referenced codes should be updated to the 2018 editions. R106.1.1. The scope-of-work (SOW) has been revised. Please see sheet "A0.1 2. The wall bump-out enclosing the fireplace is less than 5' to the property line. The wall should be shown as minimum one-hour, fire-resistive construction. A fire resistive listing and construction detail/wall section should be provided on the plans. Table 302.1(l) Fire rated wall detail 24/A5.2 added. 3. The roof eaves project approximately 3 feet from the property line in multiple locations per the site plan. In those locations, one-hour construction is required on the underside of the eaves (see alternatives and exceptions provided). In most solutions, the soffit venting will not be permitted in the eaves in these locations and the roof venting should be relocated to an approved location. Table R302.1(1). The scope of work has been revised. Please see revised roof plan, "Building Section A/A4.1" and "Detail 16/A5.1". 4. A handrail should be shown at the stairs on the floor plan in compliance with Section R311.7.8. The handrail has been added. Please see sheet A1.1 and A1.2 5. A smoke alarm should be provided on the lower level and in the office. Section R314. The smoke alarm has been added to lower level and office. Please see sheet A1.1 6. A carbon monoxide alarm should be provided on the lower level. Section R315. The carbon monoxide alarm has been added to lower level.
