If you have any questions regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, <br /> please directly contact this project's Public Works plans reviewer, Thad Newport, at <br /> TNewport@everettwa.Rov(or 425-257-8814). Please note that these comments are compiled from Public <br /> Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment <br /> letter from the Building Reviewer and/or the Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape,or other types of <br /> drawings. <br /> 1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br /> requested revisions have been made: <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter <br /> b. Plans: (2) sets of revised site plan. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm- <br /> 4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br /> 2. There is a sanitary sewer easement that covers roughly the west 20' in the rear of the parcel. The pole <br /> building will need to be located outside of this easement.
