Quote is based off of 10 minute max aggregate unload time. <br />Prices valid through March 15th 2024. Prices are subject to change in the event of a delayed start, product price changes, expiring bid <br />pricing or product availability. Builder's Supply will not be responsible for suppliers no longer able to provide products or services. There <br />is a 6-hour minimum per truck per day. <br />Excludes: sales tax, permits, inspections, truck routes, road or lane closures, quarry opening fees, night or weekend work, traffic control, <br />public transportation interruptions, abnormal traffic disruptions and/or road closures out of Builder's Supply's control. Builder's Supply <br />will not be held responsible for any time/clean-up costs due to site track outs. <br />Import will be billed by the ton. All Loads must be full - half or partial loads subject to surcharges. <br />Truck & Trailer (T/T) delivery is assumed to be approximately 30 tons and Solo delivery is assumed to be approximately 14 tons. <br />Large quantities are subject to availability, and advance notice may be required. Excludes transfer trucks. <br />Detention of Trucks at the Job site: Prices quoted are based on prompt unloading of trucks. A maximum of 10 minutes free time per load <br />is allowed for unloading. Trucks held at the job site more than this time will be billed at the rate of $2.35 per minute for truck & trailer and <br />$2.00 per minute for solo loads.
