<br /> <br />GA 0043-23 Everett ST Task Order 1 1 <br /> <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Task Order One <br />to the <br />PROJECT ADMINISTATION AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF EVERETT AND SOUND TRANSIT <br />FOR THE EVERETT LINK EXTENSION and OMF NORTH PROJECT <br />GA 0043-23 <br /> <br />This Task Order is issued under the Project Administration Agreement between the City of Everett (the <br />City) and Sound Transit for City services related to project development for the Everett Link Extension <br />and Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF) North Project (the “Project”) executed on 08/15/2023 <br />(GA 0176-23) “Project Administration Agreement.” This Task Order establishes the scope, schedule, and <br />budget for the services (“Services”) provided by the City of Everett for the Project’s Draft Environmental <br />Impact Statement (EIS) and Conceptual Engineering phase. The City agrees to perform the services in the <br />manner set forth in this Task Order. The terms and conditions of the Project Administration Agreement <br />are incorporated into this Task Order by reference. <br /> <br />The effective date of this Task Order is March 1, 2023. <br />The end date of this Task Order is June 30, 2026, or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Designated <br />Representatives of the Parties. <br />The not to exceed amount of this Task Order is $830,000. <br /> <br />Task Order Description.
