<br /> <br /> <br />An Employee-Owned Company <br /> <br />499 NE Midway Blvd, Suite 2 Oak Harbor, WA 98277 P: 360-679-3000 F: 360-679-2589 <br />04/22/2024 <br /> <br />Sabina Araya, Michael Schmieder, and Vincent Bruscas <br />Capital Projects Coordinator <br />Everett Transit <br />Saraya@everettwa.gov <br />Cell: 425-327-5924 <br /> <br />Ref: Eclipse Mill Park Charging Station - Change Order Proposal for Moving Charging Station to Street <br /> <br />Valdez Construction, Inc. is pleased to submit our Price Proposal in response to the above-referenced <br />project. <br /> <br />Our price proposal is based on the following Clarifications and Exclusions: <br /> <br />Clarifications & Scope: <br />• Normal M-F 7:30 to 4:30 working hours with no restrictions to work area during working <br />hours. <br />• Estimated that this work will add two weeks to base contract work duration. <br />• Laydown area for the socket and other materials to be co-located to this work. <br />• Price includes Catch Basin protection as TESC measure. <br />• Street saw-cutting, demo and disposal of debris to accept concrete bus pad. <br />• Installation of concrete bus pad revised drawings C01, CD01, and CD02 dated 04/12/2024. <br />• 4” Crushed Aggregate Base course <br />• 12” 4,500 PSI concrete with load transfer strip under new Asphalt. <br />• 2 10’ x 5.5’ x 4” loading and unloading pads. <br />• 1 additional housekeeping pad <br />• Install #5 tie bars 18” and 30.” Per detail 2/C01 <br />• Remove and reinstall stripping per detail 1/C01 on page CD01. <br />• Earthen spoils disposal on site. <br />• Includes allowance for trench safety. <br />• Includes bonding and associated insurance based on proposal dollar value. <br />• Includes allowance for surveying. <br />• Includes minor vegetation restoration in planter strip area. <br />• Includes sidewalk and curb restoration for trenching. <br />• Painting of curb included. Any other street markings or pole signage can be added once <br />approved drawings are available if not shown above. <br />• Contractor to attain right-of-way and traffic control permits.
