<br />Lexington-Broadway Stormwater Imp. Phase 1 11 Scope of Services <br />Consultant Services <br />The Consultant will provide the following services: <br />1. Prepare a draft and final Archaeological Resources IDP for inclusion in construction bid <br />documents. The construction IDP will be prepared meeting the Revised Code of Washington <br />(RCW) and Executive Order (EO) 21-02. <br />2. Update the existing geotechnical boring IDP for use under Task 300 services. <br />3. Prepare the Ecology Cultural Resources Review Form to support State Environmental <br />Policy Act (SEPA) review. <br />City Responsibilities <br />The City is responsible for the following activities: <br />1. Provide written consolidated, conflict-resolved comments for the updated geotechnical <br />monitoring IDP and construction IDP. <br />Assumptions <br />The following was assumed for this task: <br />1. Draft construction IDP and draft Ecology Cultural Resources Review Form will be prepared <br />based on draft 90% design. <br />2. Geotechnical monitoring IDP will be updated for the three new borings. <br />A. IDP and cultural review form will be reviewed and approved by Ecology. Resulting <br />consultation will be led by Ecology. <br />3. Only one round of edits will be required to draft documents. No edits will be required to final <br />documents. <br />Deliverables <br />The following deliverables will be produced: <br />1. Draft and final construction IDP (PDF) <br />2. Draft and final updated geotechnical monitoring IDP (PDF) <br />3. Draft and final Ecology Cultural Resources Review Form <br />Task 500 Project Reports <br />Objective <br />The task objective is to prepare a design report update to document the project stormwater <br />infrastructure and treatment facility design and to document facility operations and maintenance <br />(O&M) recommendations.
