1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Wetland Resources, Inc. (WR_) completed a site investigation on August 1, 2023, to locate <br /> jurisdictional wetlands and streams on and near the 1.01-acre subject property (Parcel# <br /> 28051700303000). The site is located at 2127 100th Street SE, within the city limits of Everett, <br /> Washington (Section 17, Township 28N, Range 05E, W.M.). Not to scale. <br /> The intent of this document is to identify critical areas within the vicinity of the subject property, <br /> assess impacts to wetland and buffer areas, and to provide an adequate restoration plan. <br /> 1.1 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The 1.01-acre subject site is developed with a single-family residence in the southern portion,north <br /> of 1001h Street SE. Surrounding land use is primarily high-density single-family residential, with <br /> commercial development to the west along 19th Avenue SE. The northern portion of the property <br /> has recently been opened up,removing a few trees and vegetation from the understory.
