This area has been indicated as pre-existing <br /> development in the attached Critical Areas Determination Map (See appendix C). However, areas <br /> outside of this pre-existing development area has been disturbed without the required permits. <br /> Disturbance includes the clearing of vegetation,installation of gravel, replacing and expanding the <br /> existing cedar fence. Mitigation for these wetland and buffer disturbance is described further in the <br /> project description below in Section 5 of this report. <br /> One wetland(Wetland A)is located on the subject property. The majority of the wetland is located <br /> off-site to the east.
