Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br /> accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at SFandler@everettwa.gov(or 425-257-7813), or <br /> the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question.Please note that these comments <br /> are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works(civil)plans only. The applicant <br /> team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or the Planning <br /> Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br /> a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br /> once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1)available at the Permit Counter(and included herein for your <br /> use upon resubmittal). <br /> ii. Plans: (4) full size sets of revised plans,plus original City Markups. <br /> iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised report. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br /> 1:00pm-4:00pm(closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br /> b. Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all <br /> comments listed below. Frequently, redlines will be stand-alone and will not have an <br /> associated item in this corrections letter.Likewise,comments below may not have associated <br /> redlines. Please indicate to the City that all redlines have been adequately addressed by <br /> providing checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines to indicate that it has been picked <br /> up or to answer a reviewer's question. A comment response letter can also be included with <br /> your resubmittal to address the comments below(handwritten remarks under each comment <br /> on this letter are perfectly acceptable).
