At your request, we have completed <br /> a geotechnical investigation for this development project. The purpose of this <br /> investigation is to explore and characterize subsurface conditions of the project site and <br /> provide geotechnical recommendations on grading, slope stabilization, onsite stormwater <br /> disposal, erosion mitigation, surface and ground water drainage control, and foundation <br /> support to the proposed residence for this project.
