There will be a concrete wall separating the garage <br /> from the crawl space and the basement. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Our scope of services for this investigation comprises specifically the following: <br /> 1. Review geologic and soil conditions at and in the vicinity of the project site based <br /> on a published geologic map. <br /> 2, Explore subsurface (soil and groundwater) conditions of the site with test pits <br /> excavated to depths where a stable firm bearing soil stratum is encountered or to <br /> the maximum depth (about 10 feet) capable by the backhoe used in test pit <br /> excavation,whichever is encountered first. <br /> 3. Perform necessary geotechnical engineering analysis based on soil data obtained <br /> from the test pits. <br /> 4. Prepare a written report to present our findings, conclusion, and geotechnical <br /> recommendations. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> SURFACE CONDITION <br /> The general location of the project site is shown on Plate 1 —Vicinity Map.
