The comments below <br />must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br />Additional comments may be issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. <br />Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br />(EMC), the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and <br />the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the adopted building codes by <br />Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. <br />Citations provided in the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br />submitted to Permit Services for review: <br />a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br />b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br />Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br />for compliance with the adopted building codes.
