Contractor’s operations related to this project. 3 2. Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead-based paint or 4 materials containing asbestos. 5 3. Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this project. 6 7 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named by 8 endorsement as additional insureds on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy. 9 10 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum limits: 11 *** $2,000,000 *** each loss and annual aggregate 12 13 1-07.23.GR1 14 Public Convenience and Safety 15 16 1-07.23(1).GR1 17 Construction Under Traffic 18 19 1-07.23(1).INST1.GR1 20 Section 1-07.23(1) is supplemented with the following: 21 22 1-07.23(1).OPT1.DOCX 23 (******) 24 1. The Contractor shall notify both the City of Everett and the City of Mukilteo’s 25 Fire, Police, Public Works Departments, and the Engineer five (5) business days 26 for arterials and three (3) business days for local roads before full closure of 27 roads and shall be limited to the roads shown in the plans. The Contractor must 28 also provide the above contacts notification upon reopening of each road no 29 later than 7:00 PM of the day the road opens.
