Edgewater Creek Bridge Replacement November 2023 70 4. For work resulting in the full closure of Edgewater Park the Contractor shall notify 1 the City of Everett Parks Department fifteen (15) business days advance notice. 2 Contact Chris Lark 425-257-6294. 3 4 5. When working within ten (10) feet of any Snohomish County PUD overhead 5 power, ten (10) Business Days advance notification is required. It is the 6 responsibility of the Contractor to adhere to Washington Administrative Code 7 guidelines in regard to working within the vicinity of high voltage lines. See Labor 8 and Industry requirements for “Working Near Overhead Energized Conductors”. 9 Contact Bryan Gregory 425-783-4413. 10 11 6. Excavation at or near Underground Electrical Distribution and Transmission 12 System: When proposed excavation is within the vicinity of underground 13 electrical distribution and transmission facilities per Section 1-07.17(2)C, the 14 Contractor must notify SNOPUD at least ten (10) Working Days in advance of 15 the excavation as follows: 16 Contact Bryan Gregory 425-783-4413. 17 18 7. The Contractor shall not close the bridge without at least 2 months notice or by 19 the end of the previous school semester, whichever is longer, to the Director of 20 Transportation and Safety: 21 Contact 425-356-1258. 22 23 8. After receiving approval of the traffic control plan, the Contractor must provide 24 notice to the Engineer before the start of Work within the street Right of Way. 25 The Contractor must also provide Everett Public Works notification upon 26 completion of Work within the street Right of Way by no later than 9:00 AM the 27 first Working Day following completion. This notification requirement includes 28 partial or full lane closures, parking restrictions, sidewalk closures, , shoulder 29 work, and pedestrian rerouting, as well as the placing of building Materials or 30 equipment on city streets, sidewalks. 31 32 9. For restriction of parking, the Contractor shall provide NO PARKING signs with 33 “TOW AWAY ZONE” or a symbolic MUTCD tow truck on the sign displayed on 34 easels at least 96 hours in advance of closure. The Contractor shall provide 35 notice to Parking Enforcement at 425-257-7493. Parking enforcement must 36 visually see the signs posted at least 72 hours prior to taking action resulting in 37 towing of a vehicle. 38 39 1-07.23(1).OPT5.FR1.DOCX 40 (February 6, 2023) 41 Lane, ramp, shoulder, and roadway closures are subject to the following restrictions: 42 43 *** 44 Lane closures for mobilization and demobilization before and after full bridge 45 closure are subject to the following restrictions: 46 47 1. At least one 11-foot lane shall remain open to traffic at all times on Mukilteo 48 Blvd W. Short term disruptions and impacts resulting in temporary closure 49 of Mukilteo Blvd. W is allowed, however these closures shall be limited be 50 no more than 20 minutes in duration.
