Upon our arrival on site,
we met with the contractor and discussed reinforcing steel placement locations and details.
Today, we observed the placement of reinforcing steel for ten (10) spot footings located within approximate gridlines 7-9/B-E
that will be used to support the second level/mezzanine. We verified the placement of reinforcing steel for size, grade, count,
spacing, clearances, lap, bar cleanliness, and general overall placement.
