ORDINANCE NO. 2368-99 3 .7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION TwO OF ORDINANCE 1604-89 (EMC §2.97.020) AND SECTIONS ONE, Two, FOUR, FIVE AND SIX OF ORDINANCE 2015- 94 (EMC 14.48.010, .020, .040, .050, .060) To REFLECT THE CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OF THE MILL WHEREAS,the City's Municipal Code refers to the Scott Paper Company, who previously owned and operated the wood products mill located at West Marine View Drive; and WHEREAS, Scott Paper Company sold the mill to the Kimberly Clark Tissue Company; and WHEREAS,the Municipal Code should no longer refer to Scott Paper Company, but to Kimberly Clark Tissue Company or its successor who owns and operates the mill; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section two of Ordinance 1604-89 (1989) (EMC 2.97.020), which reads as follows: This committee shall be an informal agency advisory committee,not established pursuant to Article V of the Everett City Charter. Membership shall consist of one representative from each of the following agencies and customers of the city water system: Department of Social and Health Services; Snohomish Health District; Snohomish County; Water utilities coordinating committee for the North Snohomish County Coordinated Water System Plan; Scott Paper Company; Alderwood Water District; City of Edmonds; Mukilteo Water District; City of Lynnwood; City of Mountlake Terrace;
