Silver Lake Water District; <br /> City of Snohomish; <br /> City of Monroe; <br /> plus one representative of all other customers. Each representative may designate <br /> alternates to attend meetings and otherwise serve in his/her place. <br /> The committee shall elect its own chair and establish its own rules of procedure, <br /> provided that there shall be an ex officio representative of the city who shall serve as <br /> permanent secretary and coordinator for the committee. The representatives of the <br /> committee shall be appointed by their respective agencies and the "other customers" <br /> representative shall be appointed by the other committee members. <br /> Section 2. Section one of Ordinance 2015-94 (EMC 14.48.010) which reads as follows: <br /> A. "Industrial water" means water which is untreated or otherwise unsuitable as a <br /> source of supply for a public water system under the rules of the State Board of <br /> Health. (WAC 248-54). <br /> B. "Scott" means Scott Paper Company. <br /> C. "Latecomer" means any person other than Scott who shall apply for industrial <br /> water. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> A. "Industrial water" means water which is untreated or otherwise unsuitable as a <br /> source of supply for a public water system under the rules of the State Board of <br /> Health. (WAC 248-54). <br /> B. "Mill Owner" means the owner operator of the wood products mill located at <br /> West Marine View Drive, currently Kimberly Clark Tissue Company; <br /> C. "Latecomer" means any person other than the Mill Owner who shall apply for <br /> industrial water. <br /> Section 3. Section two of Ordinance 2015-94 (EMC 14.48.020)which reads as follows: <br /> Everett water system facilities dedicated for industrial water service shall not exceed 50 <br /> MGD peak capacity of which Scott's current peak demand is 40 MGD. Based on past <br /> agreements and participation in development of the Everett water system, Scott shall have <br /> priority to receive industrial water. Delivery of industrial water shall be subject to rules <br /> and regulations established by the director of public works. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />
