The policy shall be endorsed to cover the <br />interests, as they may appear, of the Owner, Contractor and subcontractors of all tiers with the Owner and <br />sub -contractors listed as a Named Insured. In the event of a loss to any or all of the work and/or materials <br />therein and/or to be provided at any time prior to the final close-out of the Contract and acceptance of the <br />project by the Owner, the Contractor shall promptly reconstruct, repair, replace or restore all work and/or <br />materials so destroyed. Nothing herein provided for shall in any way excuse the Contractor or its surety <br />from the obligation of furnishing all the required materials and completing the work in full compliance <br />with the terms of the Contract. <br />15.3.14.3 Other Coverages <br />Other additional coverages that may be required will be listed in the Specifications. <br />15.3.14.4 Limits <br />Such policy(ies) must provide the following minimum limits: <br />Bodily Injury and Property Damage - <br />$ 5,000,000 General Aggregate <br />$ 2,000,000 Products & Completed Operations Aggregate <br />$ 2,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury <br />$ 2,000,000 Each Occurrence <br />$ 100,000 Fire Damage <br />Stop Gap Employers Liability <br />$ 1,000,000 Each Accident <br />$ 1,000,000 Disease - Policy Limit <br />$ 1,000,000 Disease - Each Employee <br />A stop gap policy limit of $500,000 will be acceptable if, and only if, the Contractor <br />Excess or Umbrella Liability policy required by 15.3.14.6 Excess or Umbrella Liability <br />provides coverage over the stop gap policy. <br />15.3.14.5 Automobile <br />Commercial Automobile Liability: as specified by Insurance Services Office, form number CA 0001, <br />Symbol 1 (any auto), with an MCS 90 endorsement and a CA 9948 endorsement attached if "pollutants" <br />as defined in exclusion 11 of the commercial auto policy are to be transported. Such policy(ies) must <br />provide coverage with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 for each accident. <br />15.3.14.6 Excess or Umbrella Liability <br />The limits stated in this section 15.3.14 may be satisfied by a combination of liability and, if necessary, <br />commercial umbrella/excess policies. <br />15.3.14.7 Pollution Liability <br />A policy providing coverage for claims involving remediation, disposal, or other handling of pollutants <br />arising out of Contractor's operations for others; contractors site (owned); arising from the transportation <br />of hazardous materials; or involving remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead - <br />based paint or materials containing asbestos. <br />Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide at least $2,000,000 per occurrence coverage for Bodily <br />Injury and Property Damage. <br />15.3.14.8 Worker's Compensation <br />A policy of Worker's Compensation, as required by the Industrial Insurance Laws of the State of <br />Washington. As respects Workers' Compensation insurance in the state of Washington, Contractor shall <br />secure its liability for industrial injury to its employees in accordance with the provisions of RCW Title <br />Reservoir 3 Replacement Phase 1 <br />Work Order No. UP3739 00 72 00 <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS March 2024 <br />
