SECTION 00 73 43 <br />WAGE RATE REQUIREMENT <br />PART 1 <br />1.1 SPECIFICATION REFERENCE <br />A. Section 00 72 00 — GENERAL CONDITIONS, Part 7.1 "Wages of Employees". <br />1.2 WORK LOCATION <br />A. All Work performed within Snohomish County, WA. <br />1.3 PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Contractor agrees to comply with all state and federal laws relating to the employment of labor <br />and wage rates to be paid. The hourly wages to be paid to laborers, workers, or mechanics shall <br />be not less than the prevailing rate of wage for an hour's work in the same trade or occupation in <br />Snohomish County. <br />1. Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, Benefit Code Key, <br />effective 4/01/24 are, by reference, made a part of this Contract. <br />2. Prevailing wage rates can be accessed at the following URL: <br />http://www.Ini.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/PrevWage/WageRates/default.asp <br />3. Printed copies of the current prevailing wage forms are available upon request. <br />B. In the preparation of its Bid, based on these Specifications, the Bidder is solely responsible to <br />1. Use the schedule in effect at the time of the Bid Opening Date and time, <br />2. Determine the appropriate labor classification(s); and <br />3. Utilize the appropriate and correct prevailing wage and benefit rate(s). <br />C. No payment will be made on this Contract until the Contractor and each Subcontractor has <br />submitted a "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages", form F700-029-000, which has been <br />approved by the industrial statistician of the Department of Labor and Industries. <br />D. No final payment or release of retainage will be made until the Contractor and each Subcontractor <br />has submitted an "Affidavit of Wages Paid", form F700-007-000, which has been certified by the <br />industrial statistician of the Department of Labor and Industries. <br />E. Post the prevailing rate of wage statement in a location readily visible to workers at the job site, <br />or as allowed by RCW 39.12.020. The "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages" shall <br />include: <br />1. Contractor's registration certificate number and <br />2. Prevailing rate of wage for each classification of workers entitled to prevailing wages <br />under RCW 36.12.020 and the estimated number of workers in each classification. <br />1.4 CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Payroll reports for the Contractor, every subcontractor, and all other individuals or firms required <br />to pay prevailing wages for Work performed must be submitted weekly via the latest version of <br />the online reporting portal: http://www.LCPtracker.net. The Contractor shall be responsible <br />purchasing the software and for approving electronically the payrolls submitted by all <br />subcontractors.
